26 passionate prayer people (many of whom are pastors, elders and cell leaders) turned up at 9am on 1st November to intercede together for church needs. Alvin Lim led us in a few choruses, and we prayed thematically over various needs of the church. We also gave time for prayer for one another. It was energizing to see God’s people come together in intercession like this. Their prayer will undergird the forward movement of the church in spreading the good news and making disciples. PRESIDENT LEADING THE DISCUSSIONS

The curent Board of Elders have been very busy and meeting more frequently than usual to build teamwork as well as to clear many of the policy decisions that have piled up. Theirs is the serious task of laying the groundwork and planning and working together to lead the church to spiritual and numerical growth. We thank God for them; we honour and support them; and do pray for them. Two of them Karen Tan and Eunice Lim will be ending one term and standing for re-election. The rest will complete their term next year.
