Job Summary: This Pastor is responsible for providing supervisory oversight of the “Good News Kidz” ministry and be responsible for the development, administration and coordination of all ministries involving children from 2 years old to Primary 6 (12 years old). This position reports to the Senior Pastor.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Oversee the entire children’s ministry from 2 years old to 12 years old.
• Develop and implement Children’s Sunday School programmes (“Good News Kidz”)
• Work in partnership with parents to disciple and provide spiritual counselling to the children
• Develop, implement and co-ordinate seasonal larger scale events eg. Easter, Christmas, Community Outreach programmes etc.
• Recruit and equip teachers and workers (including youths) for children’s ministry
• Maintain personal participation in children’s programmes and develop personal contacts with children and their families
• Oversee room usage and equipment selection for use in children’s ministry programmes
• Continue to develop and improve all areas of children’s ministry
• Develop, oversee and monitor the budget for Children’s ministry
• Participate in staff meetings and leadership training sessions.
• Participate in visitation and outreach.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: Possess a theological diploma/degree or equivalent.

Skills/Qualities:

• With at least 3 years experience in children’s ministry, especially with community outreach experience in planning and executing in our local context
• Has a passion and clear vision for ministry to children from nursery to Primary 6
• Possess strong leadership and organisational abilities
• Able to provide spiritual leadership with the ability to approach the ministry with the Supremacy of Christ and the Gospel of Christ being uppermost in mind.  Qualities of humility, love and caring spirit are key to this ministry
• Has effective relational and communication skills with children and with the love and desire to see to the children’s well being, growth and development in physical and spiritual realms
• Has the ability to develop creative, innovative and interesting children’s programmes
• Has a desire to work as a team with other pastoral and ministry staff
• Is committed to personal growth to learn and a teachable spirit

Job Description: The EP is responsible for the overall day-to-day church management and operations. He will also assist the Senior Pastor (SP) as needed with ministry work of the church. This role reports to the Senior Pastor.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Manage the church and church staff on a daily basis. Conduct staff training and deal with personnel issues and report concerns to the Senior Pastor.
• Ensure implementation of church policies and procedures.
• Assist the Senior Pastor in overseeing the various ministries of the church and ensure effective communication with the various Head Of Departments / Ministries.
• Preach in Senior Pastor’s absence and on other occasions when assigned.
• Assist in the problem solving process.
• Participate / conduct staff meetings and leadership training sessions.
• Participate in visitation and outreach.
• Develop, oversee and monitor the various departmental budget.
• Develop and recommend strategies for church growth.

Job Requirement                :

Qualification                       : A Degree / Master in Theology or equivalent.

Skills                                      : Good organizational skills

A good track record serving in a church

Job Description: The Administration Pastor (AP) is responsible to the Senior Pastor (SP) for the overall day-to-day administrative function of the church. He will also assist him as and when needed with ministry work of the church.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Manage all administrative functions of the church.
• Review, develop and make improvements to church administrative policies.
• Ensure compliance and implementation of all administrative policies; ranging from leave record updates, reimbursement of claims and expenses, staff employment contracts, staff compensation and benefit policies.
• Report all administrative concerns to the SP.
• Participate in visitation and outreach programs on a need basis.
• Assist in monitoring the various department budgets.
• Assist in developing strategies for church growth.
• Approve church advertisements and printed materials / collaterals such as publicity articles, bulletins and brochures; etc.
