The H1N1 flu is spreading in the community. Today’s national papers said there are now 315 infected people in Singapore and the assumption is that this will increase. Though not as fatal as once thought, we need to be on our guard, keep our families healthy and well, and pray for God’s protection. Here are some common sense advice for you to heed so that it does not spread in church meetings:
-See your family doctor if you are not feeling well. Rest at home, and do not go to work or to church meetings till you are well.
-Take note of people sitting around you when you are at church meetings.
-Avoid shaking hands but find another way to acknowledge or say hi to each other.
-Use the hand disinfectant dispensers available around the church.
-If you haveĀ a fever or have travelled to flu affected places, like Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, DominicanRepublic, Japan, Mexico, Panama, Philippines, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States of America, Indonesia and Hong Kong SAR, within a week, please do stay at home.
