MCLM (Monthly Cell Leaders’ Meeting) is held every 2nd week of the month after youth service. It is a time when all the Youth Cell Leaders and 
Labourers meet together to share both the joys and the struggles of leading youth cells. Facilitated by the SPARKS committee and under the guidance of Pastor Mary, the leaders share reports of their cells, and encourage one another with the work that the Lord has set in motion in their cells. Apart from giving feedback and proposing ideas, the leaders are also equipped by Pastor Mary’s sharing and strengthened to persevere in our service to the Lord most High. (report by Elaine Chee)
