Thank God for Pastor Thomas who encouraged all cell groups to rest on the 4th week of every month. We literally took his advice but all of us felt we should make it an outing for friendship. Praise the Lord we managed to get some complimentary entrance tickets. We believe in cell outings as it is indeed a good tool to bring pre-believers to come to a very relaxed and non-threatening environment. This was how Micheal Cuevas came to know the Lord and joined our cell group in May 2008.
We invited a total of more than 8 guests. One couple was very touched by our No Strings Attached invitation as all the guests did not have to pay. Two of the guests were ready to come to Alpha in July when they were invited by Ben and Michael.
By the way our cell adopted a cell fund which we collect $5 from each 
person every month for such events. It is a very good practice as it lessen the load if one have to pay a big amount when we organize events like this. Thank God for Kay who insist to have a cell fund.
