Pray for:
- the Prime Minister and cabinet to lead the nation during this time of economic crisis. Wisdom in economic measures, and compassion for the needy.
- for our missionaries and their families: like Siau, Stephen, and Mai. And also our Myanmese partners like John and others.
- the 60 guests who came for Le Grande and 6 who responded
positively, that the Holy Spirit will continue to lead them into all truth and the people who have rededicated themselves and experienced God’s power in December meetings and activities would be able to live in revival in the New Year in 2009. - the church as it goes through a transition: the courage to change and the grace to accept change and stay united as it changes.
- God’s people to keep their jobs and that they will be at peace and strong as the economy goes through a tailspin in 2009 and that they will be used by the Lord to witness to others in the workplace by their serenity and sense of security in Christ. May those in sales and business be blessed by God despite the economic situation.
- for leadership to be full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom and the church to be united in love and reconciliation and spiritual maturity.
- for young people to mature in faith and overcome their doubts, temptations, struggles of faith and stresses of student life.
- for Alpha Marriage Course: that pre-believers will sign up for this course.
